Service Design
Service design is the activity of planning an organization’s resources and practices in
order to better support customer experiences over time. Students in this class will be
introduced to principles of good service design and how it relates to user experience
design and user experience research. Students will work on a project to connect back
of house processes to front of house experiences culminating in the creation of a
service blueprint.
